Each refined tasting menu is rooted in ancestral knowledge and historic royal recipes, thoughtfully adapted while preserving authentic Thai flavors. Every dish tells a story of heritage, ingredients, and the chef’s identity, presented with balance and restraint.

    Guided by the philosophy that food is storytelling, Wisetwiso unites tradition with modern technique and sustainably sourced local ingredients. Founder Chef Jakrapoom Boonyakom, a Thai fine dining specialist and award recipient, draws inspiration from his aristocratic upbringing and royal culinary lineage. Raised among traditional recipes and native produce, he combines cultural wisdom with agricultural insight.
