    I tried Weaver on a Tuesday afternoon in June. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, addressing any need to the highest detail. I started my meal with the scallops, which were cooked perfectly. They were a great way to begin my experience, and I would certainly order them again. The staff helped me in choosing the Syrah to accompany my meal, and they were correct. The risotto was the perfect texture and creaminess to make each bite an enjoyable and memorable experience. It is obvious that the cooking comes from a special place. I completed the meal with a cappuccino and the best tiramisu I have ever tasted. It was light and full of flavor. It was the perfect conclusion to an extraordinary meal. My compliments to the chef, who obviously goes to great lengths to make each meal as perfect an experience as possible. Thank you to the staff for your excellent service and welcoming environment. I look forward to seeing you again. Cheers!
