We arrived at 8 PM for dinner. Despite the restaurant being relatively quiet with only 10 other guests, the service was inexplicably slow and disorganized. It took 15 minutes just to receive our aperitifs. The starters were not served simultaneously, and the same issue occurred with the main courses — a 10-minute gap between the first and last plate being served left some of us with cold food. The wine, which should have elevated the meal, was served at the wrong temperature, making it far less enjoyable. Desserts were equally underwhelming, and to top it all off, an espresso I ordered was never served.
