    Description

    Dine like a king on the grounds of a former royal residence. The crowning jewel of the Athenee Hotel, the in-house Thai restaurant serves an array of authentic Thai dishes from the four corners of the country, with a special focus on the heritage recipes of noble houses.

    Helming the kitchen is celebrated Thai chef and native Montri Jiratitkankit, who has represented Thai cuisine on a world stage. Producing delicious dishes with 80% organic ingredients, this restaurant emphasises on farm-to-table dining, sourcing their ingredients locally in order to support local farmers.

    Try the Phad Broccoli Hed Hom, a stir-fry of broccoli and shiitake mushrooms made with oyster sauce for an earthy, briny flavour. Spice lovers can try the Tom Yum Pla Kapong, a traditional tangy, fiery soup made with seabass. The meat soaks up the flavour of the soup and is tender enough to melt in the mouth from the first bite. (Dec 20)
