The Brasserie serves up a deluxe breakfast buffet that includes our classic Eggs Benedict (which was created at Waldorf Astoria in New York). The lunch menu is French-inspired using fine locally-sourced ingredients, prepared using classic techniques. A selection of Thai comfort food is also available.
