    Description

Decked in royal red and white, the restaurant presents a modern take on the opulent dining rooms of 19th Century France. What’s more, it’s located on the grounds of the Kandhavas Palace, the former residence of the late Princess Valaya Alongkorn.

    Famed Dutch chef Roxanne Lange, who cut her teeth working at Michelin-star restaurants all over Europe, expertly leads her team of skilled chefs to cook some of the most delicious French food in town. There are menu items with a Thai influence too, like the tangy Chiang Mai Tomato Salad, a perfect pick-me-up on a sweltering hot day.
