    Takara Omakase, a Japanese omakase restaurant, has been open for over six years. It was founded by an entrepreneur who loved Japanese cuisine and was inspired to establish the business. Takara Omakase is located on the ground floor of the Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit Hotel. Parking is convenient, or you can reach it via the Nana BTS station.

    The restaurant offers counter seating, allowing customers to watch the chef's cooking process. The restaurant's atmosphere is steeped in Japanese culture, with comfortable seating and a capacity for up to 15 guests per session.
    Chef Shota Uehara, an experienced Japanese chef, creates Omakase-style sushi with over 18 years of experience in Tokyo.

    Chef Shota's core values in cooking are the taste, cleanliness, and freshness of ingredients, ensuring every taste experience is as satisfying as possible. A signature dish that has impressed many customers include the Grilled Eel, which uses a special grilling technique to create crispy, delicious skin and a sweet, well-balanced sauce, making this dish uniquely unique.

    Another must-try is the Tempura Fried Shark Fin. Crispy fried shark fins, shipped directly from Miyagi, served with minced tuna. Delicious and well-balanced, it's the perfect combination.
