Crazy noisy - our table was next to a group of 4 Japs who got noisier and noisier as time went by; it was pretty much impossible to have a normal conversation. The service was friendly enough but very poor indeed. When we ordered our paella we were told it would take 50mins, to which we reluctantly agreed; then an hour later they said it would take another 15mins, and there wasn't really anything we could do about that. It eventually turned up after about 1hr 45mins. No apology, no free drinks or similar offered - absolutely disgraceful for a restaurant of this quality and price. The food was the best Spanish I've had in 18years living here, the service the worst.
