      Description

      Sips Cafe & Bar is a new addition to the Sathorn neighborhood (just steps away from BTS Chong Nonsi), offering a fusion of Western cuisine with bold Thai favors. The cafe also serves premium teas from Singapore and offers great-value happy hour drinks.

      The concept was created by Nicholas Chong, a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef. The menu refects his cultural roots, as he grew up in Singapore in a household with a Thai mother and Macanese father. Their family dining table was a meeting point of comforting Western dishes and the vibrant, punchy favors of Southeast Asia.
