    Description

Exuding traditional Chinese elegance, Shui Xin Restaurant serves authentic Chinese cuisine done right. Shui Xin is beautifully furnished with tasteful red and dark wood furniture and is the perfect setting for family get-togethers.

They’re no stranger to the game. Having been around for about 21 years now, this restaurant's Peking Duck is honed to perfection with many years of experience behind it. A crispy, flaky skin is marinated with a glossy sheen and elegantly wrapped in a thin layer of pancake for a delicious blend of textures.

As with most Chinese restaurants, Shui Xin also offers your usual selection of vegetable, poultry, beef, pork, noodles and rice categories to feed hungry diners.

A crowd-pleaser is their Stir-Fried Scallops with Black Pepper and Marinated Jellyfish Marinated Thai-Style. Juicy, plump scallops are tossed with a spicy black pepper to create a saucy and addictive dish that’s perfect for sharing and best paired with rice. Their marinated jellyfish is a classic cold dish that is refreshingly crunchy and bursting with spicy flavor to whet your appetite for the heavier dishes to follow.

Another delicious option we love is their Stir-Fried Tofu with Beansprouts and Chives. The dish is nostalgic and a wonderful vegetable dish that reminds you of the comforting and homey feel of Chinese cuisine. If you’re looking for a mix of meat and vegetables, their Stir-Fried Broccoli with Chicken is another amazing option that is healthy and tasty - and best paired with a steaming bowl of rice.

Shui Xin also offers a separate dim sum menu with classics like Siew Mai and Braised Chicken Feet for affordable prices. You can choose from over 30 different menu items at Shui Xin to satisfy your dim sum cravings any time of day.
