Booking Policies:

• Reservations are open for 3 months in advance

• Prior to booking, please be aware that on any public holidays in accordance to the law, the restaurant reserves the rights to refuse service of any alcohol beverages in the restaurant (We strongly recommend checking with the restaurant doing the booking process)

• For any buyout requests or groups larger than 8, please contact the reservation directly through the information below

• The restaurant is not able to accommodate the following allergies or restrictions: Vegan and Jain

• Last Order: 11:00PM 

• Each seating is limited to 10 guests, and each table is allocated approximately 2 hours for dining.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

• For all parties, we require a credit card hold of THB 500 per person, this will only be charged when there is a last-minute cancellation or no show

• Cancellation policies for any bookings, must notify 24 hours prior to the meal to ensure the credit card will not be charged

Tax Invoice

• Tax invoice can only be requested before or upon completion of the meal (same day), if asked after the dining date, the restaurant will not be able to accommodate

• If need to revise the tax invoice, need to be notified within 3 days and within the same month

• If need to revise tax invoice, it will not be the dining date but the revised tax invoice date

Other Policies:

• DRESS CODE: Dress as you feel! Please be considerate to other dines in the restaurant and the team reserves the rights to ask guests to leave if dress code is deemed inappropriate by the team

• AGE: We have no restrictions of guests’ age

• CORKAGE: 1000 for any spirits, wines or sparkling wines

Address and Maps:

• PARKING: All cars and motorcycles may be parked at the 515 Victory Hotel parking lot and the hotel’s overflow parking area. Valet parking service is not available.

• BTS Access: Get off at BTS Victory Monument Station and take Exit 4. Walk down the stairs and you will find 515 Victory Hotel. Sato Samosorn is located inside 515 Victory Hotel, behind Starbucks.
