With his vibrant stories and original recipes, head chef Roberto Parentela dishes out artisanal cold cuts and unpasteurised cheese along with wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, handmade pastas and grapevine-grilled meats and decadent desserts.

For the seafood lovers, kickstart your meal with a hearty bowl of Pizetta Frutti Di Mare before moving onto the Costolette Di Agnello. Featuring roasted lamb chops among cumin flavoured organic carrots and gremolata, this dish is the perfect balance of meat and vegetables. The alternative dish is a beautiful red snapper fillet in saffron shellfish broth, garnished with olives.

    End off your meal with a choice of Tiramisu or Crostata Di Mele. The latter is a buttery Grandma style apple tart, topped with “Bronte”pistachio ice cream.
