      The meaning of Minamoto is “an initiator”. When this term has been applied to our story, it represents “The Taste of Authentic Japanese Shabu” in which we want our dear customers to experience our original recipe of Japanese Shabu with its finest seasoning of food materials and ingredients.

      Our Minamoto soup is made with a component of premium Kombu & Daishi, which is a perfect combination for an authentic and aromatic Japanese soup.

      Our Ponzu sauce is fermented within an appropriate period of time for shabu meats. For sesame sauce, we manually grind it by ourselves in order to extract the natural sweetness from the sesame. With all these steps being delivered, we strongly believe that Minamoto will impress you and give you a remarkable taste of Authentic Japanese Shabu which you can’t find elsewhere.
