Decked in brick-orange tones, watch the talented chefs here cook before your very eyes with an open kitchen concept, creating a performance that keeps you mesmerised as you wait for your dishes to arrive.

      To start, we recommend their Sakana Tartare. Tuna, hamachi, and salmon are diced and seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon, dill. Topped with caviar and sunflower sprouts, the dish is served with homemade pesto bread on the side, creating a light yet refreshing dish that’s sweet with natural ocean flavour, with crunchy textures to balance the dish.

      For another appetiser to love here, go for their Smoked Brie - Made with a unique Japanese blend, the dish is garnished with dried seaweed, topped with soy sauce, and served with crispy wonton wrappers and wasabi. To enhance the flavours of the dish, pair with a glass of white wine for the ultimate finish.

      For an Izakaya special here, go for their The Tsukune. Minced chicken cartilage is mixed with ground chicken, ground pork and shaped into a ball that’s charcoal grilled to smoky perfection.
