    Truly scrumptious. Adventurous and personal fine dining presented in a minimalist open kitchen setting. The crowd was sleek and level of conversation not too loud. One of the best meals in Bangkok. Wine pairing was very enjoyable. They have a small in-kitchen bar set up that I thought was cool. Will try one of their cocktails on my next visit. Special note to the main man whose name I have forgotten. He is a cool dude to talk to and hear from about each dish and extra details of the ingredients, concepts, and preparation, should you ask. Only quibble: It was hard for me to find the actual restaurant in the multi-shop/restaurant area it was in, partially because the lighting in the open air mail is kept low for vibe.

    The early courses were a bit vegetable- and starch-heavy, with flavors leaning bland or slightly salty. The duck and beef dishes, however, were excellent and made for a memorable ending. Personally, I think the fried chicken dish was excellent and deserves to be a main course. The service was outstanding. The chef provided detailed explanations, was warm, friendly, and very approachable. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere, though the diffuser scent downstairs was a bit too strong and reminded me of a restroom aroma. Overall, a very enjoyable experience with a strong ending.
