IGNIV Bangkok Reservation Policy:

-        This is a tentative booking confirmation.

-        In order to confirm your reservation, we require nonrefundable 2,000 Bath / Person deposit which payment link will send to you by email.

-        Nonrefundable in case of no show or cancellation.

-        Reservations are held for 15 minutes, after which IGNIV Bangkok reserves the right to change your reservation to the next available time slot. In case of no time slot available, the reservation will be consider as no show.

-        Should you have any special dietary requirements, food allergies, or food intolerances, please give us 24 hours advance notice so we can take care of it prior to your dining experience.

-        Our dress code is Smart Casual. Please be reminded that gentlemen should come in long trousers and covered shoes.
