    Excellent Meal and service was very good throughout our 2 hr stay. Will definitely be back again as the Crispy Rice Prawns & Lobster soup Noodles Wagyu Beef with XO Crystal Shrimps with snow HK Style Spare ribs were all stunning and both my wife and I loved it all........along with the drinks PS listen to the staff when enquiring about the wooden item with 2 holes and a white tablet.......when i enquired I thought she said 'tower' and when dipped in water it looked like a mashmallow....believe me it isn't! Only criticism was had informed them it was wife's birthday and they made no effort with a small keepsake!

    I pre-ordered Peking duck and was extremely disappointed with the service. Instead of the traditional presentation of the whole duck being carved tableside, only the skin was served. The sliced duck meat was also missing. Instead, all the meat was later served and cooked in a separate dish. This was a shocking experience for me. The staff explained that I had to specifically request "Hong Kong style" preparation to have the duck sliced and served traditionally.
