Restaurant Policies:

If you receive meat that does not meet your expectations (e.g., incorrect thickness, wrong type of meat) or if the food is not fresh, please return it to the staff immediately upon serving. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges later

•Food Waste Penalty: Leftover raw food for grilling will be charged at 50 THB per 100g. For Wagyu beef, salmon, and river prawns, the charge is 100 THB per 100g.

•No Returns for Served Food: Uncooked meat and seafood that have already been served to your table cannot be returned to the kitchen. A penalty of 50 THB per tray applies. For Wagyu beef and sashimi, the penalty is 100 THB per plate.

•Sushi Waste: Leaving sushi rice or eating only the toppings will incur a penalty of 30-70 THB per piece. If the sushi rice is mashed or dismantled, it will be weighed and charged at 50 THB per 100g.

•Dining Time Limit: Dining time is limited to 2 hours. Last orders must be placed within the first 1 hour and 40 minutes (100 minutes).

•Overtime Charges: * Exceeding up to 15 minutes: An additional charge of 50 THB per person.

•Exceeding more than 15 minutes: A new dining session will begin, and the full buffet price per person will be charged again.

•Operating Hours: The kitchen closes at 9:00 PM, and the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
