This is one of the most popular tickets in town, a little restaurant started up by some chef friends offering the best of the season on top of a perennial selection of to-die-for steaks that keep the crowds (and reservations) coming week after week. Located at the Ari district near Phahon Yothin this is a bit of a trek to find, but once you get there, the striking glass structure is a sure sign. Inside, a long marble counter that serves as the restaurant’s communal table runs through the whole space, and gives a perfect view of the open kitchen just behind. Think a lush Japanese sushi bar meets the temples of haute cuisine from Chef’s Table, but with Thai flourishes and the smell of heavenly grilled meat, and you get the picture.

Here, feast on a seasonally-evolving menu with French sensibilities that may include anything from Scallops with Fresh Black Truffle to Beef Tartare. But the mainstays of the menu are the steaks, like the hefty flavor Australian Wagyu Steak or soft&tender Japanese Wagyu A5 steak that’s bound to please the most carnivorous of your dining partners.
