    We ordered two steak dishes. The meat itself was very tender and flavorful, but unfortunately, both the plates and the steaks were served lukewarm rather than hot. In addition, the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which led to some misunderstandings during our meal. The service also lacked attention to detail. For example, after serving the food, no one came back to refill our wine, so we had to pour it ourselves. Overall, the quality of the steak was excellent, but the temperature of the food and the level of service did not meet our expectations.

    My previous visits were very satisfactory, however, this time after about a year's absence, this was a disappointment. Appetizer was the brussel sprouts which were very tasty. The main course was a medium rare steak which, to my mind had excessive fat for a 5 rating, and certainly did not have the tenderness I recall in previous visits. The roast potatoes were lukewarm at best, the half garlic bulb was overdone, shriveled up, almost burned to a crisp! I was able to extract only a couple of cloves. The kitchen couldn't have been busy, it was early evening, there was 2 other tables occupied downstairs and, i think, one upstairs. The wait staff were great, 5 stars for them. Will I return? Not sure, after this visit, there's better value elsewhere, so it's doubtful.
