      Description

ChomSindh, a new gem in the Amari Bangkok Hotel, offers a menu steeped in the heritage of traditional Thai cuisine. The restaurant specialises in fresh seafood and freshwater fish sourced from Thai waters prepared using heritage recipes that incorporate local and sustainable ingredients like Phuket lobster, Prachuap Khiri Khan crab, and organic jasmine rice from Amnat Charoen Province. Chef Praween Deelee leads the kitchen, exploring the historical depth of Thai culinary arts to create dishes that connect past and present.

Reflecting the essence of a traditional Thai shophouse, ChomSindh's decor features deep blue, turquoise, and timber tones, creating an intimate and casual dining atmosphere with a 48-seat capacity. The restaurant's commitment to sustainability is evident in its near-zero food waste policy and use of all parts of ingredients, showcasing a menu that includes rare, forgotten recipes alongside all-time favourites. The drinks menu complements this ethos with Thai-made spirits, craft beers, wines, and an innovative local beer slushy, making ChomSindh a modern yet authentic Thai dining experience.
