    BORNGA began its journey in 1993, nestled in the restaurant alley of Nonhyeon-dong in the Gangnam district. The menu features a wide variety of Korean dishes based on recipes developed by CEO Paik Jong-won through years of meticulous research. Making a significant mark on modern Korean cuisine, Chef Paik developed "Woo Samgyeop," BORNGA's pioneering signature dish developed in South Korea.
