      Sunday Brunch: 12:00 - 16:00 hrs Experience an elevated dining experience at ALATi, where Chef Phillip Taylor presents a refined new menu of unlimited gourmet delights. This indulgent brunch showcases the finest ingredients, expertly prepared to highlight bold and balanced flavours in an inviting and lively atmosphere. Begin with an exquisite Seafood on Ice selection, featuring freshly shucked oysters from three distinct regions, complemented by a curated cold cuts and cheese board. Savour the richness of a Lobster and Prawn Bisque, or enjoy the delicate balance of flavours in the Smoked Salmon Plate with capers, pickled onions and a touch of lemon.
