      Local ingredients shine through in the dishes at TAAN, a fiercely independent restaurant which prides itself on working closely with local farmers and using seasonal ingredients from their land to craft an exquisite menu.

      Take in the stunning 180-degree views of the downtown Bangkok skyline from 25 floors up while you sample familiar Thai flavours inspired by local recipes, such the Isaan aromatic hot pot. There’s also spiny lobster cured with fish sauce and topped with Royal Project caviar, deep-fried “palo” duck, grilled wagyu sirloin beef, fried yellow curry with squid and crispy organic pork belly with bitter beans, and then end your meal with a coconut pandan ice cream with a longan Thai meringue or our famous burnt pumpkin ice cream with toddy palm cake.
