      Description

RARK (RARK Authentic Thai Cuisine) is a Thai restaurant offering an innovative take on traditional Thai dishes, created by two chefs, Chef Thongphol Barami-anant and Chef Tao Kawi Jamphanak. They aim to present Thai food that emphasizes the cooking process and seasonal ingredients, such as native fruits and vegetables that may be unfamiliar to many. Some dishes are based on ancient Thai recipes that are now rare to find. However, both chefs present these dishes in a simple way, not as a course meal, but as side dishes served alongside hot steamed rice, in true Thai style.
