      Reservations, limited seating, and a hidden entrance contribute to the exclusive ambiance. Nanu, a designer turned pizza chef, relies on word-of-mouth and Instagram for marketing. Delivery via Line is in the works.

      The 48-hour fermented dough sets Pizza Maru apart, producing a perfect balance of fluffy and crispy crusts. Original pizzas like the Kale Blue Cheese stand out. The venue also offers an extensive wine collection, available by the bottle, and Regency Thai brandy.
