Tenkaichi (Bintaro)

Terms and Conditions Tenkaichi - Bintaro:

Down Payment (DP): A mandatory down payment of IDR 200,000 is required to secure your booking.

Reservation Schedule: Reservations must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance (H-2).

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made 1 day before (H-1) the reservation date are eligible for a 50% refund (processed at 2:00 PM).
Cancellations made on the same day (H-0) are non-refundable.

Grace Period: We allow a maximum 15-minute late tolerance from your scheduled reservation time.

Dining Duration: The maximum time limit for dine-in is 120 minutes.

Outside Food & Drinks: No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the premises.

Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
