Teazzi Experience — House Rules

Reservation:
•⁠  ⁠A 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation and is non-refundable if the guest makes the cancellation.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Each reservation accommodates a maximum of 4 seats.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Reservations must be made at least 1 day (D-1) in advance. Same-day reservations and walk-ins are subject to chair availability due to limited seating.

Down Payment Requirement:
- A 50% deposit (DP) is required to secure any reservation at Teazzi Select. Non-refundable
•⁠  ⁠All reservation DP must be transferred only to the official bank account under PT Belly Yummy Foods Indonesia. The restaurant team will contact you regarding the deposit.
•⁠ Teazzi Select and PT Belly Yummy Foods Indonesia are not responsible for any payments made to unauthorized bank accounts or individuals claiming to represent Teazzi or Teazzi Select.
•⁠  Please always double-check the account details before making any transfer to ensure the payment is made to the correct official account.

Session & Arrival:
•⁠  ⁠The experience duration is 1.5 hours.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Please arrive 10 minutes before your session; a 15-minute grace period applies.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Arriving later than 15 minutes will result in automatic session cancellation with the down payment forfeited.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Additional guests on the spot may be accepted depending on space availability.

Rescheduling:
•⁠  ⁠You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session (through the Chope platform).
•⁠  ⁠⁠If it is less than 24 hours before your session, rescheduling is not possible and the down payment will be forfeited.
•⁠  ⁠⁠New dates and times are subject to availability.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Rescheduling can be made for a date within a maximum of 1 month from the original booking date.

Kids & Family Policy:
•⁠  ⁠The Teazzi Experience may not be suitable for babies or toddlers.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Baby chairs are unavailable in this area.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Guests are fully responsible for any breakage of tea ware or glassware.

•⁠  ⁠Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and the team’s discretion.
•⁠  ⁠Please note: Some items may contain nuts or dairy.
