very very unprofessional , i did reservation and got confirmed as well , once reached staff said they didnt have any informantion , Moreover staff mentioned today resturant is fully booked for some event , then why the system is taking reservation . How they are operating i dont understand

Terms & Conditions:
- A non-refundable down payment of 50% from the total billing amount is required in order to confirm any bookings/orders.
- If the deposit has not been received, Shally’s reserves the right to cancel.
- If their team follows up and does not receive confirmation from your side 2 weeks prior to the event date, Shally’s reserves the right to accept other guest inquiries without prior notice.
- Full payment must be received at least one day prior to the event date.
- If the final number of guests exceeds the number of pax stipulated on the final contract, the additional guests are chargeable as per the final contract rate and must be settled during the event.
- If on the day of the event the number of guests is less than the confirmed, Shally’s reserves the right to charge the confirmed number of guests based on the grand total amount that is stated on the final contract.
- Their standard timing for each event is 4 (four) hours / event. If your occasion exceeds more than the standard timing and-or their exceeds their standard operational time, an additional charge of Rp 500,000 / hour will be charged.
- ++ prices are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge. If prices are quoted in nett, this is inclusive of government tax and service charge.
- They accept payments in cash, credit card and bank transfers. Their aim is to make sure that you have a pleasant experience with Shally’s.
- For any leftover food from In House Buffet only, it is not allowed to take away.
- Reservation is highly recommended.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions/offers.
- Management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
