Saya datang jam 19:30, sebagian makanan & deserts sdh habis, ketika saya tanya, mereka cuman bilang “maaf, sudah habis.” Tanpa ada usaha untuk me-refill wadah nya dengan makanan baru. Harusnya service saya kasih 2 star. Service standard saja, tidak ada komunikasi yang berarti dari waiter untuk menanyakan keadaan makanan, mgkn khawatir di komplain. Tp ketika kami mau pulang seorang waiter wanita mendatangi saya untuk memberikan review bagus untuk dia dan rekannya, tadinya saya mau beri review yang baik, tapi ketika dia mulai menyodorkan QR code, saya merasa dia sedikit memaksa dan tanpa saya minta, dia menyentuh hp saya dan mengarahkan dengan sedikit terburu2. Krn itu saya tdk jadi berikan review, sy tidak berkenan dengan pendekatannya tdk minta ijin terlebih dahulu. Dan salah satu dessertsnya : chocolate hazelnut mousse (dlm wadah gelas kecil) seperti sdh basi, karena begitu saya makan, kulit, bibir dan lidah saya terasa gatal panas dan benjol2, seperti gejala alergi. Kecewa.

Located on the 51st floor, you’ll be able to view the surrounding skyline which never fails to bring out the urban charm of the concrete jungle. Seasonal Tastes at The Westin Jakarta serves breakfast until 10AM everyday.12PM during weekdays, they have lunch and dinner buffets available as well as other food items from their regular menu, like steaks or pasta dishes. However, regular menus are only available after 4pm for Lunch and 10PM for Dinner everyday.
