- No-Show Policy: Reservations will be automatically canceled, and the table will be released if the diner does not show up within 30 minutes of the reservation time.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be done at least 60 minutes before the reservation time.
- Pre-Order: Diners can pre-order directly with the restaurant, but it requires a 50% deposit of the total order. This deposit is non-refundable for any reason.
