Naughty Olive (Bintaro)

First time, came intrigued by someone' s IG post. Ordered Risoto, Yamin Noodle, and Kecombrang Fried Rice at 13.55. - Risoto came out 20 minutes after the order paid. Surprisingly only the Risoto. - Noodle came out at 14.30. Seriously! - Fried rice came out at 14.40. I was anxious and has asked several waitresses to check and expedite our order. The Kitchen work needs major improvement to manage orders. The kitchen also needs to improve its cleanliness and the cheffs outfit I think. Didn't had a check, but I had a bad experience with my fried rice. There was a long hair and I drew it from my mouth. Told the waitress abour it who said sorry and offered to replace it with a new one. Said thank you but no thanks, I can't wait for another 45 minutes. Overall foods were ok in taste and presentation. Not bad, but can't say they were beyond expectation. Maybe it's just my bad experience, not applicable to all. Hope this feedback can help the management to improve.
