Description
Instinct Roastery started with a dream of educating and impacting in specialty coffee, opened their door to experience bar in 2022.

Their bar is U-shaped inspired by the Japanese Omakase Sushi style, which creates a space of engagement with their customers where they can learn the stories behind the coffee they serve.
A little step from them to reach more, to educate more through their baristas.
In the bar itself, they showcase different beans from different origin every month.
They try to introduce and expose more specialty grade coffee beans.
In 2024, thankfully they got to expand the experience bar more as they are warmly welcomed by more people.
Still focusing on how to deliver an experience through their coffee, they try to give a variety of experience.
Side by side together, the bar and roastery both running towards the same ever goal, education.
