This passion extended from flea market treasures to heirlooms acquired from Uwa, the elder sister of the late Emak, known for her love of auction houses. Among the cherished acquisitions were Ching dynasty ceramic vases, Maastricht-made plates, and other 20th-century relics. Weathered family photos and aged books added to this evocative collection, serving as a timeless reminder of days past.

In a world where such items are often dismissed as trivial, these artifacts carried more weight, having journeyed through time and acquired profound significance.
