House Rules:
- VIP Room Reservation has a deposit & minimum charge. 
- For baby chair(s) requests, please put them under the special request box.
- No food & beverages from outside. Bottles from outside of Fukujin Grill House corkage fee applies. Please kindly contact restaurant for more details.
- Your table will only be held for 30 minutes from the time of your reservation. The restaurant has the right to cancel your reservation after 30 minutes of no show.
- Group Bookings (applies to party sizes larger than 16) A set menu is required, which can be customized according to your budget and preferences. Please get in touch with the restaurant directly for group bookings.
- No pet allowed.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
