    You need to provide some training to the girls at the front desk. I waited outside because they were too busy plugging in their hand phones and battery chargers, rather than dealing with waiting customers. Even your security guy was embarrassed at how long I had to wait. Even though I had a reservation for four, the girl tried to seat me at a table for two, and I had to remind her (two times) that I needed a table for four - just like it said on the reservation that she looked at. When the food arrived, three meals came out, and about 10 minutes later the fourth meal arrived. By that time, the first three guys had already finished their food. You need to practice delivering all the food to the table at the same time.
