However, before making a judgment, Ippolito decided to taste it himself.

"The taste of this Devil's Drink is so delicious that it would be a pity to let the infidels have exclusive use of it."

With this realization, Ippolito canceled the denouncement and instead baptized coffee, heralding a breakthrough in the coffee industry under his reign as Pope Clement VIII. Inspired by this history-making decision, Clement Coffee Crafter proudly embraces the role of storyteller, weaving tales through the art of crafting exceptional coffee for its patrons to enjoy.
