The main issue occurred when we requested a sofa seat in the reservation note. Upon arrival, we were informed that the table in the corner was already reserved for someone else, and the staff mentioned that the table request was “not really in the corner.” In addition, despite we are three people, we were placed at a six-seat table, which felt unnecessary and not in line with what we requested. Overall, the service from the other waitstaff was fine; however, the experience with the female greeter and the person who escorted us to the table did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a Raffles standard. We are here, we come to enjoy, and we pay for the experiences so we expected a level of attentiveness and alignment for Sunday bruch.
