      Isao San, our executive chef, originate from Nagoya, Japan, bringing with him an authentic Japanese culinary expertise with over three decades of experience in the culinary world. His passion lies in exploring diverse cuisines from around the world, enriching the offerings at The Riddler with a wide array of flavors and inspirations. His culinary prowess has been recognized through various contests and awards, both in Thailand and Japan.

      Our menu is a Japanese Gastronomy style which all of foods are inspired by Chef’s Journey and re-constructed of each food in a Riddler’s way to telling story from cooking technique, menu and ingredient from Chef’s passion.

      At The Riddler, we have carefully selected more than 200 labels of high-quality and exclusive wine, ranging from old-world classics to new-world ingenues from around the globe. Each wine glass we offer is exclusively from the "Riedel" brand, a wine glass company established since 1756, ensuring that every customer will have the best experience when drinking wine.
