•Plant & Roots Forward Journey THB 4,900++ per person: A contemporary plant-led tasting menu showcasing Thailand’s botanical diversity.

To ensure your safety and comfort, please be guided that our seasonal tasting menus feature specific ingredients that are potential allergens, including:

•Seafood & Shellfish: River prawns, blue swimming crab, field crab fat, abalone, razor clams, dried scallops, caviar, jellyfish, squid, and traditional shrimp paste.

•Nuts, Seeds & Legumes: Macadamia nuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, Local Wild almond (Irvingia malayana Oliv. ex A.W.Benn.), sesame seeds, perilla seeds, edamame, and lotus seeds.

•Meats, Offals & Eggs: Free-range chicken and offals (liver), Wagyu beef, bone marrow, pork, cured ham, and egg yolks.

•Mushrooms & House Ferments: Wild and cultivated mushrooms (shiitake, wood ear, king oyster), soy ferments (miso), house-made vinegars, and traditional Sato.

•Fruits & Botanicals: Local wild grape (True virginia creeper).

Deposit Payment & Guarantee

•To guarantee your reservation, a required deposit of THB 2,000 net per person applies, which will be seamlessly credited to your final bill on the day of your visit. 

•The restaurant will reach out to guests directly via email to request the required deposit.

•Smart Casual. To maintain a refined atmosphere, we gently ask guests to refrain from wearing sportswear, sleeveless tops, and flip-flops.
