    I would definitely recommend coming here again, the food was sublime, and the service was excellenct. Corkage fee was also only 500.

    Starting from the Mountains

    For us, the mountains are not merely a birthplace, but the very soul that shaped our identity and taught us how to cook using ingredients provided by nature. The mountains offer a rich and profound taste of life. If life is a journey, the mountain is just the beginning. This made us feel that the sea might hold the answer to something we were missing.

    The Journey to the Sea

    The day we decided to travel to the sea on the other side of the world, we discovered ingredients full of freshness, a new way of life, and different cooking methods. Local fishermen took us to catch fresh fish and cook it immediately. The natural freshness of the fish from the sea was highlighted by simple cooking techniques. Shrimp and crab revealed a surprising sweetness, simply by adding a small sprinkle of mild sea salt.

    "The sea provides the ingredients and the freshness. The mountains provide the dimension of flavor and the method."

    This long journey, from the mountains to the sea, is thus a blend of the mountains' depth and the sea's simplicity, creating an exceptional taste and experience for every diner in this restaurant.
