    For us, the mountains are not just a birthplace but also the spirit that shapes our identity. We learn to cook with the ingredients that nature provides. The mountains offer a rich and profound flavor of life. If life is a journey, the mountains are just the beginning; we feel that the sea might hold the answer to something that is missing.

    Journeying to the Sea

    On the day we decided to venture to the sea of another hemisphere, we encountered fresh ingredients and lifestyles, as well as their cooking methods. Local fishermen took us to catch fresh fish and brought them back to cook immediately. The freshness of the fish from the sea is highlighted by simple cooking. The shrimp and crabs reveal their sweetness remarkably, just with a sprinkle of sea salt that has a slight briny taste.
