Terms and Conditions:

(Please read carefully before making a reservation)

1. Advance Deposit

We require a deposit of THB 500 per person to confirm the reservation.

(This deposit will be deducted from your total food and beverage bill on the day of your visit)

Example: Table for 4 guests → THB 2,000 deposit

The deposit is calculated based on the number of guests reserved.

If fewer guests arrive than initially confirmed, the deposit for absent guests is non-refundable.

Please inform us at least 3 Days in advance if you wish to adjust the number of seats.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Please note that Ngua.bkk reserves the right to charge you a cancellation fee of 500 THB net per person in case of Cancellations or No-show more than 30 minutes later than the reserved time.

3. Signature Dishes – Pre-Order required

• ข้าวอบงัว (NGUA Rice, 1 serve = 2–3 guests, 50-min prep)

• ไข่แดงดองมะแขว่น (Marinated Egg Yolk, Order ≥ 1 day in advance)

4. Booking for others – provide your representative’s name & phone and be sure they understand all terms.

5. Corkage – 400 THB per 750 ml bottle of wine, and 800 THB per standard 750 ml bottle of spirits 

6. Children – welcome, but must remain under parental supervision.

7. Food allergies – if you have multiple or severe allergies, notify us in advance so the chef can assess safety. If a recipe cannot be modified safely, we may have to decline service.

8. Parking – Available at Baan Yoswadee Hotel, It is located opposite Soi Ari 2

 For the finest flavor and optimal quality, each steak is prepared with care and requires a minimum of 40 minutes
