With 20 years of experience under his belt, chef Yamasaki has a wide repertoire of culinary experience especially in handling different cuts of wagyu beef.

      The restaurant prides themselves on using all cuts of beef that is sourced from Yonezawa in Yamagata Prefecture. Well-0known for the beautiful marbling, the distinct taste and texture of Japanese Wagyu lies in the balance between meat to fat content. At Homura Wagyu Omakase, this centerpiece is skillfully combined with a variety or ingenious ingredients that bring out the refined and well-balanced flavours and textures of the high quality meat.
