    Description

Haoma is Thailand's first urban farm and zero-waste restaurant in the heart of Bangkok. Guided by our philosophy Grow to Give Back, everything we do is aimed at regenerating our ecosystem, food, and community We cook authentic Neo Indian Cuisine exploring the Roots, culture, and heritage cuisine of India.

Local, ethical, and sustainable ingredients are our foundation. We only use ingredients when we know where they come from. Most of them are grown on our organic farm in Chiang Mai. Some of them are grown locally at our restaurant.

Our mission is to play a crucial role in the food industry and to be a living example of what the restaurant of the future needs to look like so that it’s sustainable for coming generations.

Our passion is to create delicious, nourishing food while we are at it.

    Philosophy

Among Haoma’s core values is a deep respect for nature. We strive to create the best flavors from what’s available in our surroundings.

We bring the freshest organic Thai ingredients and produce and high-quality sustainable meats to your plate, bringing together the impeccable flavors and plate presentations inspired by Chef DK`s Indian roots like never before.

    The Buzz

One MICHELIN Star: High quality cooking, worth a stop!

Chef Deepanker Khosla says of his Haoma team, "We grow what we cook, we cook what we love.” And what is that? Sustainable, seasonal, local ingredients sourced from farmers, breeders, fisherfolk and the restaurant’s own garden. They’re turned into delicious, beautifully plated neo-Indian dishes, in à la carte and seasonal tasting menus (including a vegetarian one). It all happens in a Nordic-style dining room where even the decor includes unused plant parts. -MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
