    Description

This premium omakase experience first opened its door in Tokyo’s Ginza district and has wowed guests ever since. After Ginza Tenharu’s success in its Singapore offshoot, the establishment finds itself in the heart of Bangkok looking to serve up a piece of Japanese high-class dining.

Omakase essentially means that you entrust your meal to the experienced chef in front of the counter. Though a string of omakases have sprung up recently, Ginza Tenharu stands out from the crowd with its specialty: mouthwateringly crispy Edo-style tempura. Choose from different sets, though most largely feature a seasonal appetiser, salad, seasonal fish, a meal choice, and dessert.

You enjoy several kinds of tempura, from prawns, shitake mushrooms, and sweet potato to tai fish and anago, all expertly fried by the chef right in front of you. We love the light and crispy batter and how the filling manages to retain all its moisture and succulence. All in all, these heavenly pieces of deep-fried goodness are definitely worth a trip down to Gaysorn Village this weekend! (Jul 2018)
