PLEASE NOTE:

CANCELLATION POLICY: For groups bigger than 5 guests, we reserve the right to charge 1,000 baht/person, in case of noshow or cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date. No charge will be made for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking date. In case there is a change of plans or change of number of guests we encourage guests to inform us via email (gigliotrattoria@gmail.com) or by phone (0889230961)

PRIVATE ROOMS: Our Private Room is available for reservations, accommodating everything from an intimate romantic dinner for two to a family or friends' party of up to 34 guests. Please note that all Private Room bookings require a minimum spend and cannot be made online. To reserve your private event and discuss the details, contact us via email at gigliotrattoria@gmail.com or by phone at +088 923 0961. 

CORKAGE FEE: ฿800++ per bottle of Wine & ฿1500++ for Spirits. We offer to waive off 1 bottle of your own when you buy 1 bottle from our cellar. If you wish to open more bottles of your own, you are welcome to do so by ordering more bottles from our cellar.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: All dietary requirements have to be communicated at least 48 hours before the date of reservation to provide our chefs enough time to accommodate. All dietary requirements notified within 24 hours or less may not be accommodated.

PETS POLICY: We are a small restaurant, and to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that no pets be brought onto the premises.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
