Set on the Chao Phraya in the historical district of Bangkok, The Siam Hotel offers guests a taste of urban luxury from its plush surroundings to the dining establishments.

At Deco Bar & Bistro, you’ll find classic Western fare presented in a refined setting. The Salad selection is extensive, with popular favorites like the Quinoa and Warm Roasted Vegetable Salad as well as the Crab Meat Salad, a healthy dish of creamy avocado, sweet mango, and chunks of hand-picked crab meat.

For mains, wellness aficionados will love the healthy options on offer, such as Ginger Miso Pan-Seared Snow Fish. The thick cut of fish is packed with healthy oils, and garnished with a light ginger miso sauce, crispy fennel, and julienned carrots and zucchini. For a heartier option, try the Australian Lamb Shank slow-cooked with red wine and shallots, carrots, and served with a side of truffle mashed potatoes.
