    My first time here when I had a business trip at Bangkok. Food are fresh and delicious, I would say it would cost double to triple if I want to get the same quality in Singapore or Hong Kong. Service was good, I will go back again next time!

    You feel good and comfortable when you are at Calderazzo. The vibe is smooth and classy. Authentic italian dishes really made from scratch and you can tell. This was my third visit. Each has been a lovely experience. See you there!

    Whipping up unique interpretations of Italian natural flavours, chef Marco Calderazzo reinvents traditional recipes while maintaining the integrity of natural flavours by sourcing the freshest products from Australia, Europe, and Thailand.

    Start your meal with a bowl of Sauteed Artichoke Hearts accompanied by an exquisite glass of Parsley White Wine before moving into the Positano Mare e Monti. Stuffed with scamorza and anchovy, the delicate and fragrant zucchini flowers are wrapped in a crispy and light layer of batter for a satisfying crunch. The signature pasta dish at Calderazzo on 31 is the Orecchiette Salsiccia e Finocchio. Featuring hand rolled orecchiette with spiced Italian sausages and seasonal greens, the pasta is tossed in olive oil and cooked al dente, infusing the wonderful flavours of the hand-cut sausage with the springy noodles.

    End your meal on a sweet note with the Cannoli di Zia Tettella. Little pastry shells filled with sweetened ricotta cheese and speckled with crispy candied fruits, this sumptuous dish was deliciously creamy. Don’t leave without trying the Tiramisu zia Tettella. A decadent mix of mascarpone, coffee, and liqueur, this heavenly slice of bittersweet tiramisu is the perfect way to wrap up your meal.
