      Description

      A Peruvian-style dining concept, Buenazo is a unique, open kitchen concept restaurant that’s ready to serve up authentic and delicious Peruvian cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. Decorated with wooden planks and funky interiors, the restaurant brings a homely, comforting energy to diners at The Commons.

      To start, we recommend their Classico Ceviche. Made with sea bass marinated in citrus leche de tiger, the dish has a bright and refreshing taste, complemented by the sharpness of the onion and the heat from the chilli. The fish has a delicate and slightly sweet taste that is enhanced by the marinade, while the rest of the herbs come together to add a fresh and herbaceous note.

      For more catches of the ocean you simply must try, opt for their Aki Amarillo Mixto Ceviche. Made with plump shrimp and squid, the dish features a flavorful mix of lime juice, red onions, cilantro, and aji amarillo, creating a wonderful combination of tangy, savoury, and spicy flavours. Best shared with good company, the delicious balance of complex flavours that will leave you wanting more with each bite.

      For meat options here, we recommend their Lomo Saltado. A popular Peruvian stir-fry dish that combines marinated strips of beef with onions, tomatoes, and french fries, it’s a mouth-watering fusion that is both savoury and tangy. Coupled with melt-in-your-mouth beef that’s marinated with soy sauce, this dish is both hearty and comforting, making it a beloved classic of Peruvian cuisine.
